We offer Urgent Care, Physical Examinations, Pre-hire and Post Accident Drug and Alcohol Testing, and Occupational Testing services all under one roof.
All evaluations are performed by licensed physicians and midlevel providers who are experts in OSHA and EMSHA regulations for the best care possible. We have seven clinics located across five states which allow employees to be evaluated or tested at a location convenient to them.
Need on-site services? Our Mobile Medical Units can provide medical services and testing directly at your facility or location of your choosing. In addition to our clinics and MMUs, XstremeMD can provide Emergency Response Vehicles called ERV’s that are staffed with a Paramedic that respond to your location initiating care while EMS in en-route.
