Troy was born and raised in Crowley, LA. After graduating from Crowley High School in 1981, he attended the University of Southwestern Louisiana majoring in Industrial Technology. In 1984, Troy went to work for Acadian Ambulance where he became a NREMT-Paramedic and eventually advanced his skills and knowledge into the Dispatch Center. While continuing his career with Acadian Ambulance Troy attended Louisiana State University-Eunice majoring in Nursing. Upon graduation from nursing school in 1991, Troy expanded his knowledge and Nursing skills into the Fixed Wing Division of Acadian Ambulance where he worked for several years. Troy later began his nursing career at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center where he worked for several years in the Emergency Department. In 1996, Troy transferred to the IT Department helping to construct McKesson’s Order Management and Nursing Documentation System. Troy was part of the team to train, deploy, and then support the McKesson systems until he left that position to join the XstremeMD Team. Troy has worked at XstremeMD since its inception in various roles to include logistics, procurement, education, and operations.

Dr. Odinet was born and raised in Arabi La. He attended Louisiana State University where he was a member of the football team and graduated with a BS in Microbiology. Dr. Odinet then attended medical school at LSUHSC in New Orleans, graduating in 2002. Odinet completed four years of Emergency Medicine residency training at Charity Hospital in New Orleans where he served as chief resident in his last year. During that time Dr. Odinet coordinated all resident duties and schedules during hurricane Katrina and spent 6 days in the hospital caring for patients with minimal resources and no power. After evacuation, he led efforts to perform search and rescue for trapped citizens in their homes. Coordinating with the military, he then set up mobile medical units throughout the city to care for patients 24 hours a day until all rescue efforts were completed. Dr. Odinet eventually established a temporary hospital while revisions could be made to the LSU interim hospital that is being used today. After completion of his training, Dr. Odinet was offered a full time academic faculty position at LSU. He accepted this while also pursuing medicine in the private practice which brought him to Lafayette in 2006. Dr. Odinet has served on the Medical Executive Committee for the last 3 years at Our Lady of Lourdes hospital.

Dr. Louis Corne was born and raised in southern Louisiana. He attended the University of Southwestern Louisiana and graduated in 1994 in Biology and Chemistry. He received his M.D. from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana and graduated AOA in 1998. He then completed general surgery residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center / Parkland Hospital in 2003. He has been in private practice since with experience in general surgery, trauma surgery, burn surgery, minimally invasive surgery and Da Vinci Robotic procedures. Dr. Corne actively works with technology in medicine and currently does consulting for medical application development, electronic health record development and implementation and best practice use of information technology in medicine. Dr. Corne currently serves as the network administrator, database compliance officer and continues research and development for current and future XstremeMD services.
CEO
Dr. Pearson is a Co-Founder and the current CEO of XstremeMD, a company specializing in the delivery of health care to personnel while working on remote locations. He is a Louisiana State University graduate and Board Certified Emergency Medicine physician. He’s practiced emergency medicine for the 13 years in Lafayette, LA where he served as the Director of Emergency Services at Our Lady of Lourde’s Regional Medical Center and enjoys spending time with his wife and three beautiful children. Within the past seven years, he has served on advisory committees, has written and contributed to several remote health publications and has been the guest speaker at both international and domestic conferences focusing on remote health. XstremeMD has conducted thousands of remote patient evaluations and most importantly, XstremeMD is responsible for having saved numerous lives.
XstremeMD employs several other specialist physicians in the fields of Cardiology, Plastic and Reconstructive Hand Surgery, and Neurology. The rest of our staff includes Nurses, Dietitians, and Medics.
